A Southern California man has been captured and accused of homicide after he purportedly beat a lady the tar out of with a fire douser early Sunday, the Orange Region Lead prosecutor’s Office said Friday.

Dino Rojas-Moreno, 26, a barkeep, is blamed for moving toward Tatum Goodwin, 27, as she was by her vehicle in a parking area in Laguna Ocean side around 1 a.m. furthermore, attacking her, the examiner’s office said.
