An Oregon lobbyist and previous leader of a destitute effort association has been blamed for fraud and wrongdoing.
Kevin Dahlgren, 53, is a vocal figure who regularly posted on X and YouTube about the vagrancy emergency and was a destitute help expert for the city of Gresham, a suburb east of Portland.
Dahlgren is blamed for taking property and committing data fraud from July 2020 to July 2022 while he was working for the city, investigators declared a month ago. He has argued not liable.
He was prosecuted by a great jury on Oct. 31 and accused of 19 counts: seven of first-degree robbery of property esteemed at $1,000 or more, five of data fraud, two of disturbed fraud and five of first-degree official unfortunate behavior, the Multnomah Area Lead prosecutor’s Office declared the month before.
