The R&B vocalist Cassie and hip bounce big shot Sean Brushes on Friday consented to determine claims in a stunner claim she documented only a day sooner blaming him for assaulting, sex dealing and fiercely beating her during their own relationship, her lawyer said.
Terms of the settlement among Brushes and his previous significant other Cassie, whose lawful name is Casandra Ventura, were not unveiled.
However, on Thursday evening, Cassie’s attorney had said Brushes offered her “eight figures” — or between $10 million and $99.9 million — to hold her back from recording her claim.
Brushes’ legal counselor Ben Brafman, who had emphatically denied what he referred to the suit’s as’ “unmerited and over the top lies” that very day said Cassie requested $30 million while taking steps to compose a book about their relationship.
Cassie’s legitimate group in a proclamation late Friday, said, “tonight, Ms. Ventura and Mr. Brushes settled the cases that she documented against him yesterday in the US Locale Court for the Southern Region of New York to their shared fulfillment.”
“The gatherings will have no further assertions past what is given in this email,” the assertion said.
Cassie, in a pre-arranged proclamation remembered for the email, said, “I have chosen to determine this matter genially on conditions that I have some degree of control.”
“I need to thank my family, fans and legal counselors for their steadfast help,” the 37-year-old vocalist added.
In his own proclamation in similar email, Brushes said, “We have chosen to genially determine this matter.”
“I want Cassie and her family to enjoy all that life has to offer. Love,” said Brushes, 54, who throughout the long term has been known as “Diddy,” “Puff Daddy,” and “P. Diddy,” and “Love.”

Brushes’ total assets last year was assessed by Forbes to be $1 billion.
Cassie’s legal counselor, Douglas Wigdor, said, “I’m exceptionally pleased with Ms. Ventura for having the solidarity to open up to the world about her claim. She should recognized for do as such.”
The settlement was a surprisingly fast and staggering finish to a stunning common suit Cassie documented Thursday in Manhattan government court against Brushes, his Terrible Kid Records music name, Terrible Kid Diversion, Legendary Records and Brushes Undertakings.
