Elon Musk and Ben Shapiro discuss “the biggest untold narrative.”

According to Dave Rubin, “the most heinous kind of fake news is when they don’t cover anything,” using the mainstream media’s failure to cover the border crisis as an example.

He goes on to describe it as “deception by choice” and claims that it is a form of fake news since the source is “deciding what people can pay attention to.”

However, individuals like Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have taken on this problem head-on by traveling directly to the border and informing the American public of their candid findings—something about which the “mainstream media” is “pissed off.”

During a recent conversation, Elon Musk discussed his views on the “untold narrative” and his efforts to refute it with Ben Shapiro.

Musk clarified that the goal of his X platform management approach is to “increase the so-called Overton window.”

He said to Shapiro, “Anything that’s kind of sensitive or that the media ignores can then be raised by the public on the X platform and made into an actual topic of discussion.”

It’s the kind of “citizen journalism” that Dave loves.

It sort of rises to the surface, and people say, ‘Hey, that’s interesting. “Why didn’t CNN air that?”
