Lepidopterophobia, or the fear of butterflies and moths, is something that irritates Eva Chen, Chief of network safety organization Pattern Miniature.
Beating her trepidation has assisted Chen with exploring the universe of business, particularly when she has a difficult choice to make.
“At the point when I was pretty much nothing, I was frightened of butterflies. I don’t have the foggiest idea why. As of recently, I actually don’t have any idea why I think butterflies look exceptionally weird,” Chen imparted to CNBC’s My Greatest Examples.
Yet, when Chen assumed control of Pattern Miniature, she chose to defy her feeling of dread toward butterflies by keeping a taxidermy of the bugs.
“I put [the safeguarded butterflies] in my room, all over. I constrained myself to check out at the butterflies consistently. Also, I began to wear all that is butterfly-molded,” Chen said.
“When that’s what I did, I conquered my trepidation, then I trusted in myself,” she added.
Presently, when Chen has a hard choice to make, or an extreme meeting arranged, she wears her butterfly studs to help herself to remember beating her feelings of dread.
“I contact my butterfly [earrings] and say, I can make it happen, I can defeat my apprehension,” she said.
