Japanese entertainer Kenpachiro Satsuma, who played the beast Godzilla in the eponymous series of motion pictures, kicked the bucket Saturday at 76 years old.
A local of Kagoshima Prefecture, Satsuma wore Godzilla ensembles to play the beast in creations between 1984 to 1995. He likewise showed up as a beast in the North Korean film “Pulgasari.”
