Ronna McDaniel, the chair of the RNC, dismisses Nikki Haley’s presidential candidacy.

Republican National Committee chair Ronna McDaniel threw cold water on former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley’s ongoing presidential bid, indicating that she does not see a path for Haley to win, following her defeat by former President Donald Trump in the New Hampshire GOP presidential primary.

“I do believe there is a very clear message being sent by the voters. We must come together behind Donald Trump, who will be our nominee in the end, McDaniel stated.

Haley has stated that she intends to continue with her White House bid despite losing to Trump in the Granite State on Tuesday. Haley had finished third in the Iowa Republican presidential caucuses the previous week.

However, a lot of Republicans have been supporting Trump, who is probably going to be the GOP’s nominee for president in 2024. Before the New Hampshire race, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who finished a long way behind in Iowa, halted his campaign and gave his endorsement to Trump.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said, “Nikki ‘Birdbrain’ Haley is very bad for the Republican Party and, indeed, our Country.” “I had a close relationship with Nikki; she was mediocre at best, unfit to lead the world, and she never did. They respected the United States because that was up to me, Trump asserted. “I noticed that the losing candidate’s “Donors” would come to me right away and want to “help out” when I ran for office and won. Politics says this is standard, but not with me anymore. From now on, anyone who makes a “Contribution” to Birdbrain will be permanently excluded from the MAGA camp. We put America first and always will, so we don’t want them and we won’t accept them.” Trump said.

Haley was the United States’ ambassador to the United Nations for a period of time while Trump was president.
