Shocking Footage: Los Angeles Deputies Caught on Camera Restraining and Punching Amputee – Unveiling the Disturbing Incident That’s Sparking Outrage!

Cellphone video showing two Los Angeles Region Sheriff’s representatives controlling and punching a handicapped person has ignited shock and requests for replies.

Alejandro Hernandez was “in his own area going to his home” on Nov. 20 when he was “profiled,” lawyer Christian Contreras said.

“He was designated and these sheriff representatives in East Los Angeles pursued him,” Contreras expressed Saturday at a dissent outside the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Specialization station, as per CBS Los Angeles.

In a proclamation to NBC News, Contreras said that the representatives realized Hernandez was a handicapped person “and they took advantage of his incapacity.”

In the 15-second video given by Contreras, a delegate is seen limiting Hernandez on the ground. A subsequent representative seems to hit Hernandez two times upside the head. Hernandez has blood all over, the video shows, and the appointee has blood on his hand.

“Surrender your hands,” one agent rehashes prior to teaching his accomplice to bind Hernandez.

The agents were watching around 3:50 p.m. at the point when they saw a man strolling in the road that they perceived “from earlier contacts as a functioning gangster,” the Los Angeles Province Sheriff’s Office said in a proclamation.

“The appointees noticed the male Hispanic pushing his hands toward his belt predictable with somebody who was potentially endeavoring to cover something,” the sheriff’s office said. “As delegates connected with the male Hispanic, they felt a gun in his belt.”

The representatives endeavored to bind the man and recuperate the gun, specialists said, adding that Hernandez stood up to.
“The male Hispanic was eventually confined and a stacked 9mm gun was recuperated from inside his jeans,” the sheriff’s office said.

Hernandez and the two appointees, who have not been named, were treated at the clinic for wounds supported during the squabble, as per specialists. Hernandez was eventually captured and blamed for being in control of a gun as an ex-criminal and battery on a cop, specialists said.

Contreras let NBC Los Angeles know that delegates didn’t have motivation to move toward Hernandez.

“There was no report of a wrongdoing, there was nobody who called 911 on Mr. Hernandez,” he said. “There was nothing that ought to have made the delegates stop Mr. Hernandez. Regardless of those realities, they halted him. They perceived that he had an incapacity.”

He blamed the representatives for “ruthlessly” beating the incapacitated man, who had a leg cut off.

“Equivalent assurance under the law orders that cops treat all individuals from the public similarly,” he said in his articulation. “Obviously the Los Angeles District Sheriff’s Specialty delegates who mercilessly beat Alejandro Hernandez didn’t regard equivalent assurance since they designated him, profiled him, and afterward savagely beat him.”

The sheriff’s office said an extensive survey is being directed to decide whether the representatives disregarded strategies or methods.
