A man carrying out a daily existence punishment for youngster sex misuse got away from jail, the Texas Division of Law enforcement expressed Sunday in a post via virtual entertainment stage X.
Specialists are looking for Robert Yancy, Jr., 39. He was most recently seen at around 3:38 p.m. Sunday at the Clemens Unit in Brazoria, Texas, the TDCJ said.
He was in a 2021 white Nissan Versa with the tag DNR9145, the law enforcement division said. He was wearing a dark beanie and a dark sweater at that point.
The TDCJ requested that the public summon specialists and remain from Yancy assuming they see him.
Yancy was condemned to life in jail without the chance for further appeal in 2022 for persistent sexual maltreatment of a youngster out of Victoria Region, as per prison records.
