SÃO PAULO — Police in Rio de Janeiro said Wednesday that an examination has been sent off into Time4Fun — the Brazilian organization that coordinated Taylor Quick’s shows in the city — days after a fan passed on and others revealed terrible circumstances in the wake of having gone to the Periods Visit during an outrageous intensity wave.
