BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — A man blamed for seizing a 9-year-old young lady from a state park in upstate New York assaulted the kid during the two days she was kept prisoner before her salvage, examiners said Friday.
Craig N. Ross Jr. was at first accused exclusively of first-degree capturing in the kidnapping of the young lady on Sept. 30 from Moreau Lake State Park, situated in the lower regions of the Adirondack Mountains around 35 miles north of Albany.
